What is the involvement of the assessor? - Is the assessor a trainee? - Is the assessor is an evaluator nominated from the responsible/host organization? Depending on the case the answer differs.
The common general important things are (varies depending on the training type and level): - Appearance and style.
- Language fluency and the ability to communicate successfully.
- Knowledge that contains a huge experience and background to enable dealing with different queries/situations that might be out of subject or in-direct related to the subject.
- Preciseness, focus and level of involvement or interaction (subject / course and attendance).
