The Candidate should be measured agains spesific KPI (Key Performance Indicators) relevant to his/her job, plus relevant experience plays a big role as well

Nowadays i felt that HR principle ( Right men in Right job ) is not been followed.

Recomendations killed Human Resource Management ( not in every industry except25 % out of100 ).

 

Main Factor is Recomendations ( Back Door Entry Seat guaranteed).

 

Give them a real life situations based on their job role, from their responds we can certainly get all our answers about his/her caliber.Try to ask more new  tricky questions rather following traditional questions. ( Traditionals questions are expected, they surely come prepared for that ).

 

 

Always Think Diferent, but that should have some connection to the situation..Never put lemon in milk.. hope u all know what will happen next if u do so ...
