I try to be positive in everything, as motivation comes from the mood. New ideas and achievements give self-confidence. Also, when you know the end result, it is already easier to know what to strive for.

Keep organizing training program to motivate direct & indirect resources to get their best. And by doing so also will be a room of comfort for them to come out with their pro & cons, which will definitely help to find the root cause to improve.

To focus on my job, respect my colleagues encourage them to focus on work more than relaxing I feel I have that energy to do so

I feel motivated by leading a team and helping each member grow. In past employment opportunities, I have been able to develop management plans and create goals that we could achieve together, allowing us to later celebrate our successes.
