What is the thing that can motivate people working with you ?

Understanding, acceptance and a positive attitude. No one wants to interact or work with someone who is constantly negative and who points out the flaws and faults of his/her fellow co-workers. Working as a team and understanding that you are all in this together will give people the push, drive and motivation to want to work and excel together. Understanding and accepting the fact that we are all human and with that comes possibility of making mistakes, accepting this and allowing those at fault to utilize and learn from these mistakes without being judged (too harshly) will have people wanting to work with you. If you provide a safe haven, an easy going and understanding platform that allows for mistakes and the rectifying of these mistakes to happen,  people will definitely want to work with you.
