First of all we have to know what is High Rise Building, All Buildings that are normally above Fifteen Floors.

1-Now according to the latest trend of Building Construction ( On the upper level Building floors Isolation rooms can be provided with Natural ventilation of fresh Air, Exits to Helicopter landing area Or Where a Fire Snarkel can reach for evacuation)

2- On the lower level we can provide Chute's to slip away from the Accident Building.

3- Also on the lower level we can evacuate by exits Stairs outside the Building structure.

The evacuation strategy can be considered to consist of stages that depend on the level of response required by the design. Phased evacuation typically involves evacuation of occupants from the floor of incident origin as well as1 or2 floors above and1 below. A full evacuation necessitates the evacuation of all occupants from the building simultaneously or via a phased evacuation whereby the alarm is cascaded to each level in a predetermined sequence. An option that exists within high rise buildings is to allow the occupants of the first few floors to evacuate, as it is likely that they will do so before the fire services arrive on scene. If a horizontal evacuation route or a safe refuge is available, then an evacuation strategy involving these areas must be developed.
