How could construct a smart building by keeping technological,Disaster recovery and IOT facilities?

2. Information technology systems have sequential/incremental alert mechanisms, hence these would be critical for IoT integration.

There are well known and widely implemented standards in the market that we can use. First, European KNX, and the second USA Lonwokrs. On the high level all of them distinguish sensors and actuators devices. They communicate though the bus. They can react, send messages and perform actions.
