What is the perfect way to deal with employees those we called (trouble makers)?

trouble makers are those people with repressed imotions and memmories.

you can choose to ignore it, or help them open up and talk it through.

i had one experience with a young female at our office who was very good at doing here duties but she had an issue with frustration and frustrating evryone around here/.

i gave here two choices either talk in a friendly way   and give me a chance to help or just walk out the door and leave.

finally i was patient and she started openning up about issues in here life, she was looking for attention as she was repressed when she was young.

she is now a successfull professional.

i believe its all about openning up and clearing negative emotions and replacing it with positive and  that can only be done by people caring and willing to listen.

If they are not in your reporting line or one whom you dependent in work then let them do what they want. We need to ignore such problem child and focus on work as they creates problem for themselves and we should learn from such trouble cases.

If they are your colleagues and you need to take their support in completion of your assignment then do try to complete your part and communicate them to complete the remaining part and do try to communicate in email or in written form to avoid any future confusions.

The concern Head and HR must tackle and handle them accordingly because such attitudes multiple quickly especially for new comers.
