According to me employees are the biggest asset so I think if a manager make his team feel like they belong to organization and took their views than he can improve

A manager can improve the production of their team by ensuring they have been clear with their goal setting. Their team needs to understand where the business is going and what their role/s are in this. 

 

  • Regular reviews with all teams - don't just do it a tick box exercise actually listen to your team
  • Develop your team - identify any skills gaps and provide training and support
  • Succession planning  - have a plan in place to ensure succession within your business (investment in your teams)
  • WIN plans - "Whats Important Now" 
  • Praise and Recognition - recongnise when someone has done well and thank them
  • Make sure you manage straight away any performance issues throgh a detailed performance management plan
  • Be there for your team
