I will be having a conversation with the employee and explain him/her on the company policy and also explain that as a practice the company do not promote an employee unless he has performed also is not met the required qualification. Also explain him since we value his interest on his career growth which helps the company that we encourage him to achieve his required qualification and perform well that the organization will recognize his performance along with his will to be well qualified and take over the promotion. Also if there is a company policy that we will be willing to help the employee on monetary help as well to clear his path on being qualified.

  • Convince the employee that he must develop his skills and abilities
  • Demonstrate to the employee that his / her performance is largely inadequate and inferior to the needs of the new position
