Customer satisfaction surveys are a great tool for establishing a regular communication channel between you and your customers, as they may be considered a way to remind customers that you care for them and value their businesses. Ask clients what they are and what suggestions they might want to make and consider offering an award or reward to loyal customers for their answers to your surveys
