In my opinion, they are :

• Achievement records.
• Supervisor's records and supervision.
• Performance charts and diagrams.
• Managers, team leaders opinions ( Taken by %25 not more) .
• Numerical goals.
• Numerical performance charts.

There are so many ways to help supervisors conduct reviews some of it for internal supervisors and the others for the outsiders or the auditors...any way the most important tools ..the documented pressuders and procces...if it is avaliable...or the system or manuasl as a guide for your reviews ... To make a successful review you must have or prepear a shiklist for all the target points of your review You must have a well trained team to deal with the employers and discover the week points easily The reviw plan must be avalible to you and your team with corrdination with adminstration of the establishment Also it's so important to be aware of the company or statbilshment process and lows to get a real evaluation for your review.....this is some tools must be avalible to any supervisors or auditors to make a successful review for any establishment.....

Supervisor responsibility is to set goals performance in accordance of company vission and mission, and ensure that employee understand their duties and responsibilities.
