  • Attending on time
  • Attitude
  • Be ready and learn something about the company you will make interview in.
  • Talk briefly about your experience and talk about that part of experience that match the vacant you applying for
  • Wear either suit or formal casual.

  • Avoid the racism and bias.

After that what I usually do is start from family background, formal education, non formal, new organizational experience then leads to the position offered to the candidate. Finally we can conclude whether the candidate meets the requirements / does not meet the requirements.
