Does your company have a "diversity program"? If not, do you think it needs one?

We are not dealing with the program, but it helps the employee to be in culture and learn how to dealt with people of different culture and background. In future we need ths program.

I  think we dont need  the employee diversity program , just provide  a program of Sports, Arts, Religion, etc. (Non Structural Program),  the Structural Program is sufficient with each department target synchronized with the Company Goal.
