Most of the small and medium sized company dont have a budget for hiring talents and acquiring good potainails to join the company .
at this case we go for a simple sturctured way which focus more in Training same like an open day for recruitment and also walk in to drop cv's so we have only people who really can work for low salary and cant cost us a lot of recruitment budget.
at this time i look only for needed qualification and i dont care about experience and that would be the role of departemnts heads to train and prepare them for joining end developing their skills.
thats the practical strategy we use
Resources are always limited. It is less than our expectations. Ti does not cost much for designing and implementing HR programme. We need to have good leaders in HR. HR can no longer be a follower it they who will set a culture in an organisation.
Remember once you have a performing culture the organisation will perform on its own. Reward and punishment are secondary. Discipline is self imposed any external imposition develops resentment which reduces performance index.
