How do you assess your organization performances?

We have a very unique process that was developed by Mr. Alan Mullaly who was instrumental in reviving the fortunes of Ford Motor Company. We have adpated the Business Plan review process that helps us review the performance of the organization on a weekly basis. The process is simple and the leadership team meets every week for 3 hours and review the plan jointly.
