Hi hiba. If you were suffering from obesity. Diabetes or even gout, you have to avoid breads.. And specially White bread . it's also may cause stomach flaoting other than many effects.

salt, suger, white flour white killer must stoped for a lot of health reasons

Due to gastrointestinal problems I abstain from certain foods such as: 

fried foods,  fatty meals, soft drinks and certainly energy drinks, butter and margarine, hydrogenated oils, ice cream, hot foods and hot spices, mayonnaise, refined sugars, coffee and tea, onions and garlic and ginger The raw, Some vegetables that cause bloating such as cabbage - lettuce - broccoli -  cauliflower, chips and fried potatoes, some fruits such as bananas because they cause constipation, Some leafy green leaflets Which cause diarrhea  as Malukhya, Legumes that cause bloating such as beans and lentils, Sauces ، Sour fruits that cause heartburn such as orange and lemon, Processed meat such as mortadella and sausages, fruit syrup, liquid cheese, cream .

 

I am very underestimated low from eating :

 sweets - chocolate - white wheat products - pastries-  pancakes - dairy products - roasted nuts - fast food - red meat - pickles - jams - canned - Frozen vegetables and frozen fruits. 

 

I'm interested in eating :

Vegetables and fresh fruits such as cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, apples, dates and grapes, - boiled or grilled vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini and okra - Full wheat flour products such as oatmeal, brown bread, corn flakes with whole grains and fiber - Fresh juices like mango, guava and strawberries - Some low-fat dairy products such as yogurt and cheese slices - I  Use olive oil mostly for food - I Use natural honey to sweeten hot and cold drinks - I Drink herbal drinks such as mint, thyme, chamomile and anise..... I prefer drink cacao and barley - I eat boiled eggs or omelette with vegetables, boiled or grilled chicken breasts.
