The reason is that the company I have heard is good and good. It will have a good team and will gain experience with my experience. It will also be a good thing to mention proudly in my resume or to talk about my experiences.

The answer here should be quite obvious. 

A good company with bad pay. 

The pay is a variable, it can change based on your proficiency in your job and your qualifications for higher roles.  

Obviously you would pick the lucrative option if you have the need for it, but when it comes to long term job or careers, like i said your choice should be obvious.
