Do we really need someone working in the company for us to be recommended to work, how about if you don't have anybody will you be rejected?

I applied several applications for a job in U.A.E always there is question if i have someone working in the company,i i think i have the great experience for the role but i always get rejected even though i speak read and write English and Arabic and aim form the U.S.A. with American passport
