Absolutely. You will always learn something new. Even if you come out with only one new idea or concept it is worth it. Sometimes the knowledge and ideas are all there hidden in our subconscious, all you need is a trigger to pull them out, and books do that. You refresh your mind and well being. So I would say grab a book and go for it. If you don't find it interesting, put it to one side and start with another one.

I had the honor of meeting one of the leading business men in the UAE and a Cheif Executive of a major organization in the country. It was a chance meeting and I found myself face to face with him, but he was in a hurry, I asked him one question, what book would he recommend I read.

He said, Jack: Straight From the Gut by Jack Welch.

I read it, it did not disappoint one bit. A gem of a book which I would recommend anyone to pick up.

Good luck,

Farid

These books may be instructive and useful, but the most important thing is your conviction in yourself and your dream that being and how to be and your spatial experience is a basic thing .. There are basic skills to be effectively practiced to achieve this and the most important skills to communicate effectively with others

It is nice to see the books of leadership, but it is better to make your own decisions and pass through your own experiences to build your successes based on what you have experienced, not what others have experienced.

Leadership isn't about reading books on leadership skills. Books may educate people on certain skills, but when it comes to boosting them, people have to have the desire first to become leaders. This is the first pillar upon which the skills are built and developed.

of course but under one condition which is applying your new knowledge in reality ,and that's important coz if u do that you'll witness your first leadership signs ,and that's when the fun begins .

And for my favorite books well i prefer only classic and biographical books wich give me the big pictr of great leaders . good luck ASSI :)

Yes, leadership enhances your skill because a lot of experiences teach people more ... I personally do not have a book dedicated to leadership because every book I learn from.

I believe that in order to build long-term wealth you are going to need to invest time and money growing your biggest asset, which is yourself. I have found that one of the best ways to do this is to take advantage of and leverage the great amount of self-development books available in the marketplace to help you with this.

In this regard; I like Dr. Ibrahim El Feki and Dr. Salah El Rashed

Yes I think leadership books can boost leadership skills by giving leaders new tools and ideas to use to improve their performance
