What are the usual challenges in recruitment process or acquisition of talents? How do you handle the situation?
I am not a recruiter but sometimes i feel like few recruiters are very scoped toward there requirement. They only want to listen what they know. They will not try to understand what is perspective of the candidate.
Sorry my motto is not to point or insult any recruiter. Its just a personal experience.
The usual problems for an HR especially for new ones, is that we can have a perfect staff we want to, but once we made a wrong recruitment, then this become a lessons learnt and can be useful in the future recruitement.
For any HR person, They always like to face new challenges and after few years that challenges turn to goals.
