How to enhance dissolution profile of a poorly water soluble API?

To improve the solubility with nanocrystalization by antisolvent.

1. you could heat (if the heat does not decompose the matter) or ultrasound the sample solution.

2. you could decrease the concentration of the test solution.

3. or if possible, you could reject the solubility test due to certificate, and then say the project manager to make a new "poly morph" (or a powder with smaller crystals) of the matter by recrystallization.

We have to check its it's solubility on 0.0001N HCl if not then 0.001N HCl,then 0.01 N HCl and finally 0.1N HCl if
