What are the main difficulties in starting circuit breaker manufacturing in the region ?

High operational cost which make it hard to compete with Chinese products.

The main difficulties from my point of view are: 1- weak know how 2-not enough technical expertise 3-finally i think that some times conflict of interest for other suppliers may also affect. I wish my answer was usefull. Thanks

the main Difficulties as follow :

* there are no Suitable enviroment for Manufacturing due to :

 - Non qualified Technicians , you are forced to import people from overseas 

 - No facilities for Business Men to trust in Manufacturing.

 -  No Strategic thinking and beleiving in Manufcaturing, because 90% of Business Men in Region are thhinking wiith payback time and with daily requriements for people and havent patiance for Manufcaturing.

  - depending on Trading ( importing ) which is easier, simple, fast 

  - Big problem in Customs issues and Rules which are not developed to match manufacturing.

 - Huge difficulties in Logistics ( Raw Material import, chipping, customs, transportation , Export ...) and this type of manufacturing is depending on import & Export which are Vital for this type of Business.

 - Price & Cost Comparing with imported one
