What do you do to keep knowledge of Expertise within the organization, and share them with others?

Experts know their subject but have limitations in passing this knowledge to others. There is a scientific way for solving this problem by teaming up between the Subject Matter Expertise, and HRD professional who can ask the right questions to make the expertise talk and bring his/her ideas up. This can be followed by designing courses for sharing this knowledge. When the HRD professional is not expert in those subjects, he/she will coach the SME on how to deliver the information. This method is very important for Knowledge Transfer.
