As a project controls professional, one of the most important things to understand is that there are a huge number of different formulas that can make your life significantly easier on a daily basis.

· EV = BAC x % Complete

· SV = EV – PV · CV = EV – AC · SPI = EV / PV · CPI = EV / AC · EAC = BAC / CPI

· ETC = EAC – AC
