When should employees be informed of the fire hazards to which they are exposed at work?

I think you ask about non-safety professionals employees. So, employees should be informed about the fire hazards in the beginning of the first day at work (e.g. in the first safety orientation) so they can be aware of the surrounding fire hazards. Also, they should be trained on what and how to report any forseable fire hazards and risks. In further training sessions (or may be in the same one), they should be trained on their roles on fire emergencies.

This will encourage them to take a 'Safety First' concept in the early stages.
