Can the CSI ETABS design Horizontal frame sections ( Beams & Joists ) against the internal force M2-2 ?

From my personal experience the answer is No. Despite of being one of the most used design software, ETABS, yet, doesn't design frame elements against the secondary moment M2-2. Structural Engineers should take that into consideration and run a separate design for any horizontal frame element that may be suspected to a lateral force due Impact Load or any other type of loading. Still More opinions and personal experiences would be very helpful.
