Working in UAE not depend on the years of experince. it's just depend on the luck , language and good researching

Software development is rarely done in UAE. It is mostly outsourced as in UAE maintenance cost is much higher.

In general, it is very difficult as the number of openings which come up is very less. Not sure now but when I was there10 years back I found most jobs are filled by internal references.
