Which is important for the interviewer person, education or the experience?

I believe that the experience is more important than the academic certificates and courses, although education in all its forms is important, but the element of expertise is most important because it shortcuts the long distances  to adapt to the company and the brand it is possible that the employee has certificates and courses, but lacks experience Which delay the adaptation & understanding to work and its nature because study is thing and Experience is another thing

 

I genuinely think it is competence that helps you to be accepted for the job. For example, with majority of interviewers asking you competency questions, it helps generate a clear idea if that specific job is right for you.

Both are good but what matters most is experience because some will have certificate but with low experience which dnt give you what you needs

Experience makes you better. Prefer to study beside

Experience with certificate because without certificate no one is slecting but experience is more important
