1. Bill of Quantities.

2. Price variation orders (If any).

3. Inspection report which approved by consultant or client (to identify work done activities).

4. Approved IFC drawings and shop drawings.

5. To claim variation / additional works, need to be include variation order issued by consultant or client along with inspection report of those works (inspection report required to know work done activities)
