Employees bcoz entrepreneurs are making themselves busy 24 x 7

Saima Umair

I think its more related to a personality trait and less related to a job role or a profession.

Both can maintain a healthy relationship if they put some effort. The main skills at challenge in regard to this question is your Organizing & Planning skills. You can organize and plan your work in a way that you should be able to spare some quality time after work.

Thanks for invitation,

In my opinion, it depends on the "Own Personality Features", some people can not be able to succeed when he works as an "Employee", whereas he can achieve with great success when he is the  "Sole Entrepreneur".

Warren Buffet said, "The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.”

Entrepreneurs, then flex their "no" muscle often to maintain their focus on what matters. Employees, on the other hand, say "yes" to everything because they fear that if they say 'no' to an opportunity, they'll miss out on their big break.

In my point of view,  an employee has a better work-life balance cause he has, we can say limited hours of work, for an entrepreneur, he has to work more than 80 hours a week, has no time for his family or friend and he is Under pressure because of responsabilities (workers, suppliers, deadlines, satisfaction of client...)
