Personally, I believe it to be a matter of perspective; if however I had to list a few, the ones that came on top of my head are: stereotyping, managerial stagnation, time availability and managerial micromanagement. Of course there may be more, however I believe these to be of vital importance when it comes to creativity and its promotion and flexibility within the workplace.
