I think the biggest obstacle in work is facing too much pressure, how do you overcome that?

I disagree.
The main obstacle at work is failure to express oneself ( lack of clarity in communication from fear of loosing a job).
We all need to keep updating our management personnel on our current "visible" activities with set time to finish them and prioritise the work to its vitality.
If you do not update them, they will keep giving you work because they think you are idle.
I know we all want to impress our managers but let them know your human and you can only do so much! But MOST people all they say is 'yes' 'yes' 'yes' to impress the superiors and get a pat on the back only to be left with a work load hanging around your neck! Don't be afraid to express yourself of course with unquestionable reasons!

I overcome pressure by proper planning. I divide the task into smaller units which help me overcome the pressure. 

Work pressure could be a big obstacle because sometimes it can paralyze your productivity, and not everyone is skilled for dealing with it, and to be able to overcome the pressure, you need to concentrate only on the next step and forget all about the too much load that is waiting you.

I do not deny that there are times I feel tired and pressure work but tiredness less when I think that this pressure will not last and I'll get a reward for mastering my work from God just as I would find the financial reward for my work You must focus on solutions to problems that you may experience in your business and keep the mind alert with quick thinking to find the right solutions quickly without focusing on the work pressure they face ..
idea that the solution is to turn the problem that you are facing the problem of straining nerves and consume your energy into something like solving riddles and puzzles - but seriously - and when you find the right solutions you get to enjoy your work and increase your love for your business as well as gain additional experience in your business

i do not say that there is no pressure , but it is possible to balance with proper planning, preparedness and meditation. Maturity, empathy and experiance make us overcome.

 

I overcome the pressure by pre planning and dividing the time efficiently.

Time management and prioratization of work can be resolved the pressure of work and sharing the responsibilities among the team members may help to overcome the work pressure.

Actually, any work with no pressure is not real work. Ask any person who has a real job and he will say there must be pressure. Doctor needs to save lives. Engineer to construct the building according to deadlines. Lawyers needs to attend different court sessions...

Some people however, prefer to stay in the comfort zone with routine work and tasks. in this case only the pressure is very low.

By learning to manage time, efficient use of time is more important than spending more time on a task, for example designating quick breaks will ensure a fresh more focused mind which is more productive than a stressed and disoriented mind
