In new structure, employees attendance is biomaterial in HRIS system you may say totally electronic. Less chance of mistakes and genuine salary is paid.

However, some smaller organizations manage without any form of pay structure, but it is essential for an organization to design pay structure once they reach around 200 as a framework for reward management which should be aligned with the organization strategy.
