Which is better, work harder or work smarter?

I have experience in working in harsh environment and also conflict zone for East Africa pastoralist zones

Word smarter is better than work harder.

Smarter.

This generation onwards is becoming more cyber technical than physically technical!

For me i rather to Work Harder

I would rather say work hard in a smart way

Smarter to manage the time frame and to finish to mission in the deadline in a proper way
