Do you believe that people should work harder to enjoy life more? Why?

Work hard, party hard. Life is about balancing all the things that you value and believe in.

Yes hard work is pre- condition for joy in life, provided you have a passion for that particular work.

When some one makes his/her work passion, he/she works hard and enjoy in life.

I believe people should work smarter and enjoy life.

I don't see any connection between the two, happiness does not comes merely by working hard. Happiness is something you love or enjoy and for that you need not work hard but love doing what you enjoy.
