If your brother is working with you and made a mistake, would you report about him?

First: I don't like to work with one of the relatives, whether brother or other This is due to a sharp personal that I work in and around the testimony of people in work- Also I don't accept mistake (it maybe happen unintentionally) nothing is perfect

Second: if works with me a relative or brother i'll be tough with him more than the others, and  i'll be reported about him in the case he made a mistake, by the company's rules or the institution that I work for

Professionalism and success is not based on love and hate, or the difference in dealing with those who work with you on the basis that a relative or not

If you want success in your career you must to avoid it completely and committed to professionalism in Work

Prophet Mohammed of Allah bless him and said (If Fatima who is daughter of Mohammed stolen something i'll cut off her hand)

And it does not apply to the theft only, but the meaning is that the fault is fault, whether it was by a relative or others and must bear the consequences of this fault.
