How do you manage recruitment process when your company hire for others ?

If you mean recruitment function so it will be as following :

  • After receiving CV's , i will determine the shortlisted candidates along the job requirements.
  • Make an appointment for each shortlisted candidate for a limited period let say during two or three days based on number of candidates and Department's manager free time.
  • Inform candidates by phone or e-mail for their interview appointment and related manager as well .
  • Welcome candidates and attend the interview.
  • Ask candidate related questions.
  • Send an e-mail , or call an accepted one.

When my Company Hire for others I extend my bit in the following manner.

  • Reach out to most suitable candidates for the profile.
  • Reach out to less suitable candidates also for the profile.
  • Call the most suitable for interview personally and Less suitable for interview over phone.
  • Select the Best from amongst the Best or Less suitable.

You will be shocked to know that sometimes Less suitables at the outset emerge as the most suitable and finally get selected. That's a perfect way of balancing the recruitment process and avoid shortlisting on the basis of data/content presented in the CV only.
