What do you think is the difference between HR Transformation and HR Change Management?

Hello,

I am  assuming you mean transition instead of transformation.

If that is the case then in the change process organizations have to question: old practices, old models and , standards. Learn: new ways to be efficient base on new practices and let go past procedures. Modify: to take on new experiences proven to be high performance results. Develop: this new model to be real effective organization with best practices (learning organization).

Transition:  Is the Stage in which people are placed during the process of change.

Change is external. It refers to the different policies, practices or structures that the leader is trying to implement while transition  is internal, it refers to the psychological reorientation to which people are exposed before the change is applied.
