Will laptops replace desktops in companies very soon? Which is the best brand in Laptop and Desktop for Official Use?

In case of user/emplyee requirement laptops are preferable due to portability, however, in case of server management Desktops are most efficient as compared to laptop due to the amount of improvements that can be added to the Desktop. 

based on usage, Dell is the best brand that can be used for desktops and laptops.

Surely Laptops are now being used in a very high frequency, but there's a stage of usage where desktops sneak through laptops performance as laptops are more compact for exhange system administration, Development in all such heavy official work laptop can be used but you cannot get that outstanding performance as desktops provides. for whole office infrastructure not all desktops can be replaced with laptops 

Laptops have been replaced the desktop computer in our homes, now they are replacing the desktop computer in office environment due to many reasons.

Not completely replaced but according to requirements. Dell Latitude is the best business laptop, now Microsoft surface 4 is also doing a great job very lite and we can use it as a tablet. 

Yes, there are number of chance to be replace by laptops. However, this may  take some more years
