25% in long term investment 

25% short term investment 

25% government bonds

25% in a start-up company 

That way you waive the portfolio to an acceptable level of risk, by taking profits from short term investment, a low risk from government bonds, realestate market is mostly predictable in standard terms, a startup company is your highest risk but highest return.
