I am a Senior Fraud Consultant in North America. Is it a good idea to come back to middle east?

No. You may get better salary but working in America is better than working in ME.

Working for Anti Fraud is a profession considered important worldwide, there is no necessity that u work from a particular area to prevent fraud unless and until u are unhappy with your current package or u miss your hometown. Fraud is everywhere and preventing Fraud is a morale obligation of all, no matter in any part of the world we are.

Yes i think so to give your knowledge and experience to country that it need for you, in return you gain more according to what you will do.

Sure, if that's what you wish. I believe the Middle East is growing economically so fast and is a great place to live and work 

There is definitely market for such roles . Especially with US experience

Your expertise will definitely bring you a good opportunity along with the space to spend time with your family and friend. This will further incfrease your efficiency. 

Actually, it depends on individual. Some people like to work in ME because they meet their requirements but these requirements won't work for others. So, if you have such qualifies in ME than NA, you should go and work there.
