What are lighting requirements for different area like house warehouse workshop?

This is actually a subjective question. Areas requiring detailed work will need higher levels of Illumination from 500 to 1000lux, while general illumination around the work machines is to be kept low. The areas where the machines are large or are less accessible they will need to have a lower illumination level and a hand held light source to be used for seeing.
