Why do good employees quit their job?

The employee gets either proper offer or high position.

I think they find other jobs better ; in other case the best ones always can create their own jobs

Because they can perform excellent but due to low range salary quit.

First of all, it is a basic right of a person that he can switch from one job to the other. If someone does this, the reasons behind leaving the job can be a higher position with more charming salary, career growth, and fulfillment of life dreams. 

Basically this happens when they feel that the input they give in is not directly propotioanal to the output they receive from the Company, hence it guarantee them the security to acquire something of the standard they felt they have. it can be sorted out only if serious consideration of their effort is reccognised and well taken care of.

it depends on their personal hidden interest.before recruit them we need to verified his/her previous job status  and proper background.

it depends on the manager of the employee,if an employee is seen as an asset not showered with unnecessary envy by his/her superior officer because of a better knowledge of the job,i dont expect the employee to quit but if it is the other way round then it is most likely the end result
