What is your strength & weakness?

Hi

Its very important question often we face this question during the interviews... believe me it doesn't not matter what strengths and weaknesses we have actually but they way we respond is the most important for interviewer they ask us just to know how we response.

For Strengths:

In my opinion we can includes these in to our strengths; 1) Hardworking, 2) Challenge Accepting, 3) Delivering always beyond the expectations, 4) Can perform effectively under pressure, 5) I can accept my mistakes and try to resolve things etc..For Weakness:When we are telling our weaknesses don't tell about the things which can lead toward lossing the job or could be considered bad behaviours, so we can include that

1) Staying wihtout family is difficult for me but now I've learnt how to manage it  (for those who working outside city or country)

2) I want give reasonable time to my family even I'm too much busy with my office work (it shows how much important is our family for us and on other hands not showing any bad about us)

3) I am very straight forward "Wrong is wrong"  (It shows we can never do or accept wrongs things for employer).
