Labor standard of one unit of production every 30 minutes, or 16 units per day for each worker?

This can be varied in a situation where the worker is seasoned with the steps to follow and would be able to perform the task less than the usual time taken and thereby the number of units per day could become more.  If the workers are aware of the fact that their efforts would be recognized by the management, then too the unit production can go up.

On the other hand, to accomplish a quality output, it is better to have 16 units per day for each worker as sometimes, workers among themselves would support each other to achieve goals.
