My Answer is a 'DEFINITE YES'! .......... "Who else would need HUMANITY/EMPATHY more than a Leader?"

A tinge of Humanity/Empathy exercised by the Leaders can;

  • COLOUR the lives of their People and/or Subordinates.
  • hold the Leaders in HIGH ESTEEM by their subordinates, who, Respect their Leaders from the core of their hearts and try to give their HUNDRED PERCENT pertaining to their work which ultimately paves way for the development of that Organization.

yes it is the element most essential and obligatory to direct and assist andeven communicate with people  if not we will  encounter many problems to communicate well will eventually not be expressed and given their opinions and only work as robots or work away

Employees in organizations have several needs. Once the basic needs of the employee are satisfied he will need to be dignified and respected. Such employees if not taken good care of can leave the organization which could negatively affect the organization. I therefore agree that human face towards employees is sometimes very essential in the practice of HR. Among other things it ensures good interpersonal relations in the organization.

I beleive leaders should understand the feeling about thier teams or pepoles and as he or she reach the feeling of each member of team he or she can reach the maximum output of each member.
