Now a days e.commerce is compulsory that is true, but how much any organization focus on it?

we know e.commerce is a need of any organization but some organization main focus on e.commerce they cannot focus other marketing tools like advertisement on t.v, radio, newspaper or by flex system . every organization should focus on e.commerce but they also focus on other marketing with jointly.

Agree with your view. It is the management's responsibility to increase the scope. Along with it depends on other factor 's. 

Govt. regulations have asked for voiding use of flex on street's (Driver Diversion)

Radio channels are now earning from incoming calls and find it less hectic than advertisement.

 

T.V and Newspaper advertisement is still in business and hopefully won't end I hope.
