Few ways to balance  in professional and personal life

  1. Recognize the role of work. 
  2. Develop one calendar for work and family.
  3. Create (and stick to) a daily routine
  4. Make time for yourself.
  5. Pamper and take care of yourself
  6. Only schedule the tasks that are important and need to be done
  7. If necessary, cut the time you spend on social media
  8. Spend a little time brainstorming your achievements in your personal life
  9. Write them down in a piece of paper for consulting every time you feel discouraged
  10. Prepare yourself in grand style for the upcoming events
  11. Review your business cards, and don’t forget to always have them with you
  12. At events, try to talk with the majority of your friends you can
  13. Make connections and introduce your friends to other people you know
  14. Contact the people you have met to set up a get-together, thank them or to just say hello
  15. Review what you’ve done and make sure you’ve completed everything you set out to do

If not balance it spoils both professional as well as our personal life within a very short period of time.
