In training, the team must have a principle leadership, do you agree?

Whoever in the team says "None of us is as SMART as all of us!" that person has Principle Leadership. 

Yes, because through training it helps and develops the skills and knowledge of a person.  Aside from that, it will be easier for a trainor to inculcate the principle and goal of each program.

all people are born equal , and everyone can be a leader, but it is a matter of time when a person can hatch and show his true potential , unity and having leadership qualities is approached only when people are capable of learning from each other and getting rid of their ego,that can only get reached when people are closed to you or each others not closed to their pockets
