The performance improvement process steps:?? The first step: Performance Analysis: So you should focus on the analysis of performance by evaluating the performance of the employee and the lack of linking performance trainingAnd concepts linked to the process of performance analysis in the analysis of the work environment, namely:- The desired mode: describes the capabilities and capacities available in the work environment needed to achieve the strategy and goals of the institution.- The current state / actual: Describes work performance and capabilities and available capacity level as they are physically present?? And results from these two concepts realize the gap in performance, and which can recognize the problems related to performance and work to find solutions to them and trying to anticipate the problems that may occur in the future.Therefore, the objective of the analysis is to try to close this gap or at least reduced to the lowest level using the least cost.

 

Step Two: Find the root causesIt must be when analyzing any problem to start from the root. Here we begin to ask why there is this gap in performance? And start collecting information as possible to determine and identify the cause of poor performance before choosing a method of treatment, we should not shy away from confrontation and be honest with ourselves or instigators of weak performance.And it can be considered one of the following elements of the reasons for poor performance:Lack of feedback on performance.  - The weakness of the stimulus.  - Weakness in knowledge and skills.- Equipment and needs of inadequate or inappropriate for work.- The weakness of the focus on customers and the surrounding community??
